Problem Note 42378: TWOSAMPLEFREQ in PROC POWER returns incorrect result for TEST=FISHER

The TEST=FISHER option in the TWOSAMPLEFREQ statement in PROC POWER returns an incorrect result for sample size.
A work around is to enter a list of N's, solve for power, and choose the sample size that most closely matches the desired power.
